I provide a wide array of handyman services for Residential, Stratified, and Commercial properties, utilizing the latest tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Developing a handyman repair list outlining the renovations required is a great way to tackle outstanding issues and maximize your return.
To get started, you can submit a service request by filling out the "Contact" form or giving me a call at 604.897.2079 for a free estimate. If I don't answer during the day, don't worry, I'm likely on-site working and I'll get back to you that evening or the next day.

For smaller jobs, all phone and online consultations are free. Based on your input, photos, or videos, I can usually provide a rough estimate of the project cost. Keep in mind that each job can have its complexities and we can only offer an estimate of billable hours, not a guarantee.

For larger and more complex projects (2 days or more), a site visit will be required to determine an accurate quote. A written quote and scope of work proposal package with a target start date will be provided.

Once we agree on payment terms and conditions, we can get started on making your home repairs or renovation dreams a reality!
Residential Pricing
We offer transparent and straightforward rates for one-day jobs and smaller projects without any hidden fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due when service is rendered to the client’s satisfaction and invoices are due on receipt.

For larger projects where materials are acquired, 50% of the quoted price is in advance with the outstanding amount due upon receipt of the invoice.

Supplies

Materials, consumables, and equipment rentals are billed as extra items. We apply a surcharge to any materials we purchase for your project. This surcharge covers our time and fuel costs.
Strata & Commercial Pricing
Please contact us directly for pricing and available maintenance contracts. We would be happy to provide you with a custom quote based on the specific needs of your property.

8:AM to 5:PM Monday to Friday.
Evening, Weekends, and Statutory Holidays availability - call for off-hour rates.
